But then again, I believe its very common for hotel in China to have this language issue as Kempinski Xiamen and Sofitel Shanghai (no longer Sofitel) have the same problem.
London EDITION, My Bonvoy preference stated that I prefer high floor and away from elevators in English. But apparently the team there didn't understand that and give me room on the lowest floor and next to the elevators.
