Purchased BA 294 business class via American Airlines miles for August and traveling with an infant who is too big for Air Belgiums bassinet seat and can only fit in British Airways infant seat. I assume you were speaking to the American Airlines reps? You may be better asking in thier
forum.
However the Oneworld liaison desk does exist. Some member airlines are better than others at releasing availability in this circumstance, I’ve no idea about BA as would always be booking direct with them myself.
