Prices for both rooms are the same and the sq ft is the same although based on the floorplan the room layout differs a bit.
What's the likelihood that the hotel would allow my brother to switch to the Grand Executive Twin at check-in?
I have already requested a rollaway for the King room and know that there already is plenty of space for their 2 children to sleep via the couches as well. I just want them to be a bit more comfortable.
Can I expect them to accommodate or are they sticklers?
They are staying only 1 night if that matters.
IME as a Courtesy Card holder and now Lifetime Globalist who has stayed here hundreds of nights at this very property - they are the biggest sticklers in the entire Hyatt hotel chain. Do not expect anything other than what was previously confirmed. BTW the Grand Exec Suite King is better than the twin and often on higher floors.
