I am trying to use my Asia Miles to redeem ticket from Toronto to Hong Kong in 2024 summer holiday.
1) I don't see any seat available staring 15 June 2024 - do u know if CX holds all the direct flight tix not for redemption or they may release later?
2) The only available options are having stopovers in London, that's why I am exploring the One World Multi-carrier award.
3) I tried the below but not successful:
a) Toronto - London (BA)
b) London - HK (CX/BA)
c) HK - Toronto (CX/BA)
According to the rules, should I add one more partner airline in, and can I have 2 open jaw, e.g. Toronto->London->Tokyo, and Tokyo->HK->Toronto, I redeem my tickets in 2 redemptions? Is it possible?
I tried many different options on CX website but were all fail.
