Well no, not least that it is free of charge, it's just there were some 2-4-1 decisions where they went more with BA's arguments about the voucher's value, also they tended to agree with BA that the downgrading provision related to on-the-day events, when the Regulation says nothing of the sort, and the CJEU has already ruled that it's not just on-the-day downgrades. But I rarely see the arguments sent in, so the cases I'm aware of may have other details in them which CEDR found important.
