Disappointed quite a bit with my Ambassador. Still hasn't resolved a missing $2.5kish folio I had so I didn't get credit for the spend and now 3 days ago I submitted a request for assistance on a folio that had some random charge added to it 3 days after I left that property and no response. Was better just using the generic email.
