It is great to hear that we get compensation anyway, I am about to file a claim. I thought that if you were rebooked into a flight that lands no more than 2h later there was no right to EU compensation.
Yes, full rate for the child but child won't get anything from Mennens for the downgrade (you may owe BA money for it!). But BA is a bit strange on this. Had you been rebooked to Iberia with the exact same timings, you are quite correct that it would be scheduled not actual time, as per the Regulation = no EC261. But BA's spreadsheet uses actual time for its own flights only. No need to point this out in your claim though!
