Original Flight: BA460 Heathrow (13:05) to Madrid (16:30) on June 17th was CANCELLED on June 16th (day before). Business class booked with avios for 2 adults plus a lap infant for of £173.7 and 18,375 avios).
Rebooked on BA462 Heathrow (scheduled to take off at 14:40, actually departed at 16:37) to Madrid (scheduled to land at 18:05, actually landed at 19:40). Involuntary downgrade to economy as business cabin was full.
