Then, the flight we were rebooked on was delayed and landed 1:35 after the original scheduled time. Because of the combination of the later scheduled departure and the delay of the second flight, the fligh we were rebooked on landed >3h later than the scheduled landing time of our original booking.

If someone knows how to deal with this situation, it would be much appreciated if they can help us find out:
- Can we claim compensation for a cancelled flight and a rebooking into a flight landing >3h later than the original booking, or is this treated as a cancellation with rebooking <2h and a delay <2h separately (in which case I thing we dont get any compensation?)
- Can we claim compensation for a lap infant?
- Can we claim compensation for the downgrade (it was an avios flight)?

Thanks!
If you wish to provide some detail and timings and a more specific response can be made.
