ALL 5 AA clubs at DFW (and everywhere in the club network) serve complimentary house spirits.
I agree with the other poster: use the lounge that is most convenient for you and leave it at that.
Personally I prefer to be close to my departure gate rather than my arrival gate, as far as choosing which club to park myself at.
