Had an awful experience with lounges in Morocco in general. I would advise against planning around lounge access. I wrote a blog post in detail about each lounges at each airport we visited in Morocco; google "sqlinjectiontravel" (with the quotes) and you'll find it. Here is text from the post, accurate as of January 2023.
Casablanca (CMN) Domestic Terminal: There is nothing of interest in the CMN domestic terminal. The woman's bathroom was closed, trash was abundant in the terminal, and the small cafe within the airport only accepted cash. Thankfully they accepted US dollars, as there was no ATM or currency exchange within the terminal.
Marrakesh (RAK) Arrivals: After deplaining, we entered the Pearl Lounge (Arrivals) for a much needed coffee break. To our disappointment, the lounge was run down and looked almost nothing like the photos online. Additionally, there was no water, coffee or snacks at 1pm. The attendant was very kind, and offered to get us coffee from the departures lounge. We never saw her again, and left the lounge after about 30 minutes.
Marrakesh (RAK) Domestic Departures: There was no domestic departures lounge.
Casablanca (CMN) International Terminal: Prior to our 2am flight to Frankfurt, we stopped at the Pearl Lounge (Departures). Contrary to how the photos present it online, this lounge is underground, the windows face nowhere, and no hot food/buffet. Additionally, the bathrooms were located outside the lounge and lacked toilet paper. The drink fridge was empty, and the attendant was annoyed when we politely asked for bottled water.
Guests were limited to one (1) small, cold slider or a small sandwich each. My partner asked for a second slider, and was declined. I then asked for a slider, and proceeded to give it to my partner, yielding me a nasty look from the attendant (why does it matter which one of us eats it?).
