Groundcare, along with Eagle, are one of the main courier companies used by BA at Heathrow to get bags to passengers within the UK.
You would normally get a text message or email from them within a day or two with details of the delivery proposal. You can't contact Groundcare until you get that, and it should go to whoever has their information in WorldTracer. The Kiros Reception I think is someone's little joke, I wouldn't read too much into it.
