Hi FT'ers
A couple of friends of mine travelled from AKL to LHR via IAH (2nd leg on BA). Their bags never made it to LHR but after 4 days they received the below from BA
I have Googled but can't find anything. They are now 5 days without bags and touring Europe. Does anyone know of Groundcare or Kiros?
They're insured and will no doubt go home with better clothes than the currently lost ones
