This weekend is the lowest demand time of the summer. Everyone is going to the shore or somewhere else for the long weekend. Just look at the rates in NYC for this weekend.

But if you look at the FS rates for next week. Base rooms is sold out. The lowest rate is about $1200.

I wouldn’t call Sofitel, Kimpton, Lowes luxury. RC base rooms are tiny. Rittenhouse is the only on that list that is luxury but feels dated.
