Yup.

I am routinely on ~55 minute flights on Thai Smile domestic. Prem Economy gets a small meal, including multiple drinks (though no alcohol). Rest of the plane gets drink and a small snack. A320s with 4 FAs.

Entirely different "service" culture, from executive to front line.
