I hate the old style CW seats, where if you're in the window seat you have to climb over someone to get out. If you're in the aisle then there's no privacy. There's also no storage, unless you are Upper Deck on the A380 and the IFE is small and old. In terms of F, I don't think there's a huge differentiation between any of the seats in the same way that there is between old CW and new CS.
Top Deck J on the A380 if you get a direct aisle window seat is still nice. Mini cabin feel and the best toilets in the sky too. I always like sitting facing the engines I find it pretty relaxing.
Other than that for J mini cabin on a CS 777 is probably the best for J on BA.
