Agree. I find quite unusual people expecting “fresh” seafood in an airplane when the only place it is actually fresh is close to where they are caught. Someone ordering seafood in a plane (and I do sometimes as I long it too much) should keep in mind it bears higher risk and is unlikely to taste “fresh”, as frozen seafood is not the same as frozen meat or even fish (flavor & texture deteriorates much faster when thawed).
