I emailed China Airlines this morning and gave them all the relevant info. I hope they will be able to email me my PNRs.
Try pulling up your CI PNR with pnr.sh. After you type in your name and Delta confirmation code, scroll down to where it says passengers and your name, and then next to where it says ACKN, it will say 1A. The first 6 characters after that are your CI PNR.
