My company offered me the chance to work for 4 to 6 weeks in New Zealand as they are rather short staffed in that location at the moment. I’m based on the West coast of the US and our company travel policy is Y only. (The grown-ups get the biz jets) Despite the fact that I’d love to visit NZ, especially on the company dime, I politely declined the offer, especially as upon returning to the US, I have 2 TATL leisure trips in J to European shores and I want to enjoy those vacations, not be totally knackered on them.
