Make sure your profile has the numbers, make also sure that your M+M number is in the booking (especially when booking thru an TA) and check if your boarding pass shows PRE. If not give the check in agent your number, they will print a new boarding pass. Even with the number in my profile PRE is still occasionally missing for me.
