Interestingly, AF just started doing exactly the same thing at CDG 2E: the main Sky Priority area is now J only; if in Y/W, one must use a couple of "Sky Priority light" windows. Presumably DL and AFKL jointly decided to devalue Sky Priority.
It was the same for AF/KLM when they were in LHR T3. Not sure what it's like now in LHR T4 as haven't been there yet.
