Hi all - any intel on how QR makes F seats available to award bookings via ba/aa in the upcoming 2-3 week period?

I'm looking to get from Doha to BKK or PER (in F) in the short term (7/7-7/14) and while the 3 A380s on both destinations have anywhere from only 0-2 seats occupied (per expertflyer) there don’t seem to be any awards available to book via AA or BA.

Not sure if this is normal but I’m hoping someone knowledgeable can kindly provide some color.
