I've now taken to avoiding QR's seafood meals and eat only the meat dishes. The last time (ex DOH, in F) they were all stale. You know it when the lobster claw and prawn are no longer springy (like biting into a parsnip) and exude a fishy smell.
Which is why I rolled my eyes when one of the statements in response to my complaint was "Catering team also goes through an extensive process of selecting, testing and choosing the freshest ingredients to serve to our international customers onboard." It's obvious that it came from a person sitting behind a desktop who's never tasted the food.
