I transferred 50,000 UR points to my aeroplan account on June 28th 12:02pm (noon) Pacific. 50,000 was deposited into my aeroplan account but without a 20% bonus. I also have the Chase aeroplan card, so I should get an additional 10% (5,000 aeroplan points). However comments indicate that comes up to 7 days later. Is anyone else having this problem?

Should I call aeroplan?
