That would be no problem, but there are a couple things to consider:
- if your DUB-AMS is delayed you may not have sufficient time to go out, check in your bag and go through security and again. ( you’ll need at least 90 minutes as bag drop will close at -40)
-if your DUB-AMS is oversold, cancelled, delayed you may be rerouted through another airport, eg CDG, and not be able to pick up your bag in AMS.
