We flew Condors new 330 neos and did a paid upgraded to J from Prem Economy on one segment.

AS/DE Auto credited only the PE EQMs, so I sent in my BPs and received the response:

Thank you for your email to Customer Care.
You earn miles based on the original booking and not any upgrades purchased after.
As always, thank you for flying with us.

I can find no support for this policy - in fact I've read about several folks who received the enhanced EQMs.

Any experience with this situation?
