After unfreezing it I was told by the agent that they denied the application and the reason why.
My Credit Age is about 5 years and no accounts have been opened other than those I've opened myself - the two most recent being the cards I mentioned.

Do you have any prior Amex card history, perhaps even including that of having had an additional user card on someone else’s account?
