I had to call the new accounts line 1800 number to check on the status of the application because I had forgotten that my credit was frozen.
After unfreezing it I was told by the agent that they denied the application and the reason why.
My Credit Age is about 5 years and no accounts have been opened other than those I've opened myself - the two most recent being the cards I mentioned.
