Voucher is same amount as refund?
That's new, they used to offer 50% more value if you took a Voucher, now it makes no sense to go for the Voucher

Per your email, we note that you have provided us with the receipts of additional expenses. Hence to reimburse you for the irregularity and in accordance with Regulation EU 261/2004, TAP may offer one of the following:
Voucher in the amount of EUR 79 as per shared receipts or- Voucher is valid for one year from date of issuance
- Can be used to purchase a ticket or service (extra baggage, seat reservation) on flights operated by TAP Air Portugal
- Can be used by anyone designated by the person whose name is on the voucher
- Value can be used in its totality or partially. If used partially, the remaining value will stay in the voucher and can be used to pay for another trip or service on TAP.
Bank Transfer in the amount of EUR 79 as per shared receipts- Must send us a copy of the bank document/statement with the following information:
- Name of Bank
- Name of Account Holder
- IBAN
- Swift Code/BIC
Please advise which of the above you prefer.
