Off-topic regarding a medical claim, but on-topic regarding a travel agency lodging reservation.

I had a medical issue that discouraged me from driving to lodging in a national park. (I had already started the trip, in case that matters, and had some medical care and a Do Not Travel recommendation from a medical provider at the first stop.) I had made the lodging reservation at the web site of the NPS concessionaire. Chase insurance did reimburse the lodging cancellation penalty. There was no common carrier travel scheduled at any point.

Marginally on-topic, does anyone know how ink Preferred trip insurance, if any, compares to Sapphire Preferred trip insurance? Thanks.
