You won't be allowed to do so since Ryanair is (1) not part of skyteam like KLM and (2) Ryanair and KLM do not have interline agreement (Ryanair does not interline with anybody else).
A solution for you would be to fly KLM between AMS and DUB, then you will be able to have your bag follow in Dublin. (But you may have to clear security again there though)
Edit : Did not realize you were talking about adding a bag during the layover in AMS and not the departure in AMS :-)
