The 2 Ambassadors, that I communicated with for this trip, did not help at all to get those upgrades from the hotels. Hopefully my new personal Ambassador will be more resourceful as some of the Ambassadors, that I dealt with earlier this year, and as my 2 first personal Ambassadors were.
