The are some international, a better choice of description is "CPU" routes. No Polaris routes for the promo (but still the deep South American normal STW routes)
Nothing in the email or the webpage says it's limited mainly to domestic.
Oh well, could have saved me 5-10 minutes of searching different routes and dates.
