Heavily discounted TATL summer seasonal business class fares (due to lack of business travel demand) for travel from mid-July to mid-August (outbound) have actually been around for MANY years. They discontinued them for a couple years during Covid, but brought them back again this year. So probably a combination of significantly more TATL capacity these days, plus at least a partial return business travel on TATL routes. There's a 28 day AP on these fares (fare basis code ZQN86SDA), so it's starting to get late to take advantage of them.

There's another set of TATL seasonal reduced business class fares during other slow business travel demand periods from US. These are ZQN82SDD fares (also with 28 day APs). See if you can guess the US holiday periods based on the seasonality section.
