Business fully booked - what are the chances of being downgraded?

Just had a look out our flight to Beijing in Late July, we are currently travelling as a family of 4 (2 adults, 6 year old and 8 year old) in business using reward flights and really looking forward to trying club suites for the first time (its been 4 years since we've been able to go back).

Looking at availability using expert flyer I see that there isn't any business availability

Couple of questions:
1: What are the chances of being downgraded given there doesn't seem to be business availability?
2: Given the extortionate prices for seats and the way theoretical seating works, I can see that there is a row available if I book 1 or 2 middle seats would theoretical seating therefore give me the other 2 seats in the row? which would lesson my chances of a downgrade?
3: Could I ask BA to switch me to Thursday (which has more availability) and is preferential for us as we get a bit longer.

Thanks
