Happy to report DEN RAP did actually leave, just 2+ hours late, which is a win! First were waiting on a pilot and FA, then the pilot showed, then the FA... but then they boarded everyone and *then* said actually, they were going to swap out a FA so they needed to wait some more. One of the crew was coming from Cedar Rapids per talks between the FAs onboard, so it sounds like lots fo those very small (and small plane) midwestern airports affected. But all ends well!
