Definitely call. I'd be worried the system booted you and someone else took your seats. Your 'saved' online boarding passes with seat assignments are meaningless when it gets time to board on the plane and you don't want to be surprised with coach seats in the back that were assigned during gate control because you showed up in the system without seat assignments.
