My son and girlfirend made a reservation via Capital One for roundtrip PHX- BWI- PHX. Two names on one confirmation number. Both traveled on the outbound flight with no issues. When trying to check in, for return, only one passenger name can be found. Rechecked Capital One record - both names, both ways. Other than early airport arrive - any ideas ??
