Four Seasons DIFC give you access to the FS beach at their sister hotel and will be cheaper and a nice room. But DIFC is generally not an ideal place to stay.

If two nights only, don't stay at the end of Palm. Too far back and forth incl. airport.

A good option is in the middle - any of the Jumeirah hotel complex (JBH, Al Naseem, Al Qasr etc) which is central and gives beach access. 20 min to Burj Kahlifa, Atlantis Palm, Dubai Mall, Mall of Emirates etc. etc. Great spot to based from - would be my recommendation. Next to Burj Al Arab too for all those insta photos.

Near Burj Khalifa there's Armani and Address which aren't bad.

Its easy to get around by taxi but want to shortish rides to see everything.
