I completely agree about the comment on water. I like to drink a lot of water on a flight, this is also what doctors recommend that you do. And when I ask for a glass of water quite often I'm told that there is a bottle and I should use that. I prefer to keep the bottle for if I want it when there is no service (ie when everyone else is asleep). On my route, the alcohol is very free-flowing (it's a holiday route) but trying to get some water seems impossible.
