Thankfully my company allows me to enter the actual credit card charge amount in dollars, even when my receipt is in another currency. But I agree....Concur is the absolute worst. It's like the product is going out of its way to purposely have the worst UX possible, not to mention numerous underlying functional limitations and shortcomings.
