LHR to MIA on BA with 1:55 connection time on a AA flight to MCO on one ticket with checked luggage and a non US passport / Esta , arrival time 3:35 pm and the flight seem to be often delayed.

I have been trough security in 15 minutes but also waited close to 2 hours - will AA need to rebook me if I miss the bag drop off time or flight because of the too long immigration queue or is it more of a challenge to get that done?

Or better not to risk and take a later flight to MCO, but would really prefer the earlier arrival time
