This is an example of the stock response to my last complaint on really bad food in F:

Each of our caterers has a comprehensive stock rotation procedures in place with the aim of ensuring that such instances do not occur. Catering team also goes through an extensive process of selecting, testing and choosing the freshest ingredients to serve to our international customers onboard.
You can have our assurance that your comments have been taken seriously and the same will be shared with our cabin services management for their information and any necessary action.
On this occasion however we are unable to offer compensation.”
What a load of tosh!
