My experience last August was that on neither flight did the FAs go around handing out, or asking if people want, the stationary sets or certificates. I didn't get them on my first flight. On the second flight I asked for them and got two stationary sets and certificates.

According to a special services person, so few regulars want them on each flight that they don't waste the time to ask everyone ...
so definitely speak up and ask for them!
