Qualify for a UK Visa In Transit Exemption yes.

OP ( irenem ), how are you getting into USA? If you have a full B1/B2, and you're travelling to the USA, you qualify for the UK Visa In Transit Exemption for this trip.

The exemption is not nationality dependent. *If* OP needs a visa to enter UK (s/he does), has a ongoing ticket before 23:59 next day (OP's routing qualifies), has a visa to enter USA (OP seems to have one but OP to confirm) and the routing ends in USA (it does) --> exemption is given. It does not matter what nationality OP is.
