Just a quick follow up, would it make sense to book a one-way award in March as there are good rates available right now and wait for good availability to show up in April 2024? (April return from Texas is currently crazy expensive in terms of miles).

If April availability shows up -> great, and if it doesn't -> I'll just cancel the one-way and book a cash ticket instead?

I think the taxes are slightly higher for one-ways, but apart form that...any disadvantages? Thanks again!
