Looks like the Fufu is opening 2 resorts in Karuizawa on 12/24. Any thoughts on Karuizawa in winter? We'd be going end of January. Is it risky to visit a new property soon after its opening both in terms of the hard product and service, especially as foreigners? We both speak a little Japanese to hold basic conversations.
