I've registered both my RRA and CP accounts, but, when I click "make an exchange" it brings up a prompt where it is attempting to send me an email code to successfully link my accounts. Unfortunately, I continue to not receive any code in my email. I've attempted from both the RRA and CP sites to no avail. Has anyone else had this issue and, if so, any way to resolve it? I've called both RRA and CP and neither have been able to help me, unfortunately. Thanks for any assistance you can offer!
