Seat selection on award flight?
Just booked business class seats LAX-BOG on Avianca, using United miles. Have both the United and Avianca confirmation numbers.

Going online to avianca.com, following "Manage My Booking" and entering last name + Avianca confirmation number, this pops up...


Oh, Oh, how cheerful...

Is this flight going to be how I think it will be? Any options?
