If one of the said people is under 12, they will almost certainly be seated together in the back of the cabin (DL generally blocks those seats to facilitate this). If neither person is, it's not that likely and will depend on the number of minors traveling on BE, passengers with status traveling on BE, and number of multi- vs. single-passenger bookings in Main Cabin.
